A: After we receive your order we will be proceed and prepared within 2-3 working days of your goods and send it to Local Courier - Skynet / Aramex / Nationwide Express / Poslaju / Pos Malaysia (International). According to the delivery time of previous term of Local courier usually need 1-5 working days (West Malaysia) / 3-8 working days (East Malaysia) / 3-8 working days (Singapore) / 8-16 working days (International) to complete the whole process of distribution

Q: HOW TO MONITOR SHIPMENT TRACKING ?
A: You will receive tracking number for any fulfilled order by email. Kindly track after 24hour when fulfillment done.
For international shipping, POS Malaysia will updates the shipping consignment movement from collection point to the port of departure. Once it reach the country of destination the counterpart post partner would updates the movement. Depending on the procedure of the particular post partner, tracking updates varies. At times we encounter before, they may only updates when the consignment is ready to be send out to the receiver.
